We ship from a small studio outside Milano.

Italy — Standard delivery, two to four working days. Complimentary on orders over fifty euros.

European Union — Three to seven working days, depending on the country. Standard rate eight euros, complimentary over eighty euros.

Outside the EU — Available on request. Email hello@solenfragrance.com and we will write back with a quote.

Every order is wrapped by hand in black tissue, sealed with a gold wax stamp, and packed in a kraft box marked with your name. No plastic anywhere. No invoice in the box.

You will receive a tracking number when the box leaves the studio. If a candle arrives broken, write to us within seven days and we will replace it.
