Returns

Fourteen days from the day your order arrives.

Unopened candles, in their original kraft box with the wax seal intact, can be returned for a full refund. We are happy to cover the return shipping if a candle arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong scent.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is yours. We refund within three working days of receiving the box.

Opened candles cannot be returned — fragrance is a personal thing, and we do not resell anything that has been lit.

To start a return, write to hello@solenfragrance.com with your order number. We will respond within one working day with the address and a return slip.
